Snow in Rome

On Friday it snowed for the first time in Rome since 1985. Unfortunately it was also the day of our mid-year Fulbright meeting, and so we were stuck inside most of the day, but I was able to take a few pictures in the morning. It was all anyone was talking about, and the city (according to other people who were out and about) came to a standstill. The next day it was warm and sunny.

Scooters: not so great in the snow...
